City of Waco: Spearheaded the development and launch of the City of Waco's Mobile Welcome Center in 2023. This innovative initiative aims to enhance the visitor experience and promote local pride by serving as a mobile hub, encouraging locals to 'Find Your Waco' and visitors to 'Experience Waco'.

Waco-McLennan County Public Health District: Collaborated with the Waco-McLennan County Public Health District to launch and grow the Sidewalk Obstacle Course Initiative in 2021, 2023 and 2024. In commissioning local artists, we've installed vibrant, permanent obstacle courses in six parks across the Greater Waco area, inspiring healthier lifestyles and implementing local creative placemaking.

Downtown Waco Banner Project: Partnered with Downtown Waco Public Improvement District and artist Devon Deshaun to create a vibrant window wrap and street banner campaign as part of the 2021 Summer of Downtown initiative. This project aimed to showcase the city's vibrant cultural scene, educate visitors, and foster a stronger sense of community pride by highlighting Waco's triple cultural designation as a state-certified Music Friendly Community, Film Friendly Community, and Waco Downtown Cultural District.
